On Time Plumbing & Heating came out. The claim was followed through and the issue was repaired in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. It took 30 to 45 minutes. It was just an overflow valve on my water heater and now, everything is fine. American Home Shield has paid for everything but my deductible.
We had a plumbing leak. I called AHS to submit a claim. It was a good experience. The contractor that came was good, friendly and very professional. He just came out and assessed the situation. Turned out it wasn't an issue with the plumbing. He was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. AHS is a great company and they have a reasonable price.
I always like having warranties on my home and I've always had one even when I lived in an apartment. When I thought there was something going on with my washer, I requested for AHS to come to check that out. When I wash a load of clothes, the water would go out into both my bathroom and my tub. But then I had water just running everywhere. I called AHS back to ask if I could add that on to my original request. They said I had to make another claim. Someone suggested AHS to me and I called and set it up. If I’m calling to sign up, they should give more details on the coverage. I have an older AC and when the guy looked at it, he said that he doubted AHS would even do anything with it because it was so old. I need to check and get in detail of what AHS covers. Other than that, the service has been okay so far.

Excellent service great value fast response
My air conditioner wasn’t producing any cold air. We called Home Shield and they said Beaches would call me. Then, I got a text that Beaches would call and they were gonna set up an appointment time. They called me back and I paid Home Shield $75. Beaches replaced a part and they left the part there that they replaced. The unit needed Freon as well. I'm a Realtor and Home Shield is what they offer with my real estate company. I've submitted claims over the phone and online. I was pretty surprised with the online submission. It went really good. I recently had a claim that Pro Plumbing came out for and it went good.
