The customer service was excellent with friendly and timely followups to questions.
About a day after making a service request with American Home Shield, 911 Locksmith was sent out to check the electrical wiring in the new place that I bought. I'm good with the work the tech had done. I'm hiring him back to do some work that isn't covered under my warranty.
