Lack of follow up for secondary damage caused by a leaking drain assembly. Ceiling below was ruined but nothing happened to take care of the problem.
They respond quickly and get your repairman scheduled immediately

American Homeshield is dependable. That kind of detail may not be sexy, but it's what you want in a warranty company. The contractors respond quickly. I've never had to wait more than a couple of days for service. I also like being able to set up everything online.
