Sometimes, AHS's service reps are very friendly and the last one was. The one prior to that wasn’t. She was combative with me. I reminded her that I pay her salary and that I’ve been an AHS customer for some time. AHS has one company out of Louisville, Kentucky, which was 70 miles away from where I live. American Home Shield has great coverage. They are easy to work with and the online system is easy to utilize.
Ease of use, value and choice of vendors.
When I submit claims by phone, it's difficult because I have to wait forever. On the internet, sometimes, all the options aren't there in terms of trying to describe exactly what the problem is. But I put it in the best I can and AHS calls and try and figure it out. Recently, Accord Appliance was sent and solved the problem, it was done efficiently and professionally. We had another company, but when we needed then they told us they didn't have anyone in our area to fix our problem. AHS has NEVER done that! They are always there for us!
They were on the job quickly. Explained everthing and got it done. Plus they were really nice.
Always fast response and no hassle! The people on the phone are very polite and helpful.
good response. like that every step of the way are communicated in email and text. My claims are taken care of right away and the contractor that did the repair did a good job and went above and beyond!
