Because there are some tricks that you don’t do like for example my ceiling fan. No more of the same kind so they replace it with different model and they won’t put it up cause they said motor is the problem but they model is obsolete.
Very professional, and reliable. They did replace our oven with a new one since they couldn't fix our, and we got it within a week. The best ever
