Literally 45 days after joining American Home Shield our heater went out the 1st day of winter. We were contacted immediately after putting in the claim and within 48 hours it fixed and back up. Amazing deal.

The few times that we have used AHS. They have provided prompt courteous service. We have not waited longer than 24 hours to have a representative contact us and have a technician at our door.

They normally are pretty quick and I feel the customer service people care about me, my house and my current situation. I sometimes have difficulty getting an answer from them over weekends!
