The technician was a total professional, courteous, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, took time to explain our system's problem, took time to explain operation of our new thermostat, which is working perfectly. Could not be more pleased and would recommend AHS to anyone based on my experience.
I have switch to this company a few months ago,I heard that this was a really good company so I switch because I was not happy with the company I had. So I called up American Sheild because I had a problem with my AC,the company they use was excellent they came out the same day and fix it. Their was no hidden fees just my service charge,that made me feel happy. I will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks for the great experience.
Submitting claims to Home Shield has been easy. Recently, their contractor, Grade A Plumbing came the day after I sent a claim in for my garbage disposal. The tech from there was great. I love my AHS warranty.
My mother had American Home Shield on our house, and that made me decide to acquire this warranty. I have been protected by them for about 10 years now. I had a leak on my toilet and so I called their number. They said that the people were contacted, which they did. They also told us about the day -- it took a couple of days for SWAT Plumbing to come out. The techs were good, on time, and they did what they said they were going to do. Everything has been functioning well since they have been out. Get AHS.
When the pump was broken, I called American Home Shield and they got in touch with Pool and Spa World and they came and fixed it. It’s working very well now. It’s very simple to submit claims with AHS. I have another house for rent, and I have another coverage on the other house. I have multiple policies now. I hope that they give me a little bit of discount with the other house, but everything is perfect. My experience has been great. I love it. I talked to my friends at work about it.
We have had nothing but perfect experience with D&D Appliance Repair. They were very good, very professional, very right-to-it and on time every time. They did a great job and cleaned up. I couldn’t recommend them more. AHS was right on top of it, as well. I was amazed. They've really taken care of our problems. I couldn’t recommend them more too.
My parents always had a home warranty and but I didn’t know what they had. I just thought that it was important to have something like that. We had an appliance claim with American Home Shield. Professional Appliance came out for it and they were great. Both times they showed up, it was right on time.
I purchased the Home Shield warranty in early August of last year through a referral from a good friend of mine that has them also. I got it for peace of mind and knowing that if something goes wrong, I didn't have to come out of pocket for large sums of money. Heating and AC units are very expensive to repair.
