I finally found something that the insurance covered on my newly bought house. The plumber came out immediately and after I created access to the tub , they came back and fixed the issue. Glad I didn’t have to hire a Plumber for the issue. Great service.
The last time Pruitt’s Plumbing came out about a year ago, I didn't like the guy. My cleaning lady was here and he was busy talking to her. It cost us a lot of money besides what we had paid. Last summer all of the sinks and tub, washer and dishwasher from the basement to the 2nd floor backed up. I had only purchased the policy a few months before and first time using American Home Shield. The repairman came and unclogged all of the lines. The next day. He was extremely informative, professional and efficient. 3 weeks ago my dryer died. I called and while it did take a few days I did get a repairman out. He ordered parts. My mom used to have American Home Shield and she liked it, so she recommended it to me. I’m glad that I have the warranty and my experience with them has been very good. Any time I’ve had to use their service, I’ve always been contacted within less than 15 or 20 minutes by the vendor. Outstanding protection, Although there was nothing wrong peace of mind is very important-
I like to have a warranty just to be on the safe side. When the AC was not cooling, I submitted a claim on the American Home Shield website. Their website was great. I was told to expect the contractors ni about 24 hours. The service from Greenway was great and their technician was very professional. The AC has been doing well since the service.
Great experience! Exceeded my expectations all around. Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. I went online and submitted a request for repair on the AHS website. Within a couple of hours, I received a phone call from the repair service, who was able to come replace the water heater in 2 days!! I was so pleased with the level of service, the timeliness, and best of all, the new water heater was free of charge. You can't beat that!!
The hot water handle for the bathroom shower became loose and would no longer turn the water on. I contacted American Home Shield and a plumber called and set up an appointment. He arrived promptly and installed a Moen Replacement cartridge. Our shower now works perfectly! This is the first time we have called American Home Shield for an issue, and we are extremely pleased with the service! I would highly recommend them for a home warranty.
Everything went well with my plumbing claim.
