washer repairman was very dedicated to getting the repair done right. He offered clear explanations!
Everything was fine with my electric claim. I called AHS and dealing with their rep was good. The contractor's knowledge was good and he fixed the issue in 15 minutes or so.
We had three things break at one time. We had the washing machine, and then our oven door broke and then the refrigerator handle broke. Active Appliance handled all three. They were extremely professional and polite. So far, everything's been good. I was extremely satisfied, especially during these times. They were very cognizant of wearing all the protection gear and coming through your house. They were great. They also followed up and some parts had to be ordered.
The electric cooktop went out, and American Home Shield replaced it. It was easy to call it in and the contractors have been nice as well. However, I was paying $44.99 a month, then all of a sudden, it went up to $54.99 a month. I was wondering why, but I never got a phone call. Still, American Home Shield is nice to have and it can't be beat.
Two toilets were running and Rapp's replaced the inside of one toilet and some kind of flap on the other toilet. But I had to call the tech back because the toilet that they didn't replace the flap on kept running. He replaced that flap and it went fine. The guy could have just replaced everything the first time, but I guess he felt he didn't need it. But I don't have any problems with it, with everything right now. It's good.
When I submitted a claim to American Home Shield, their contractor, Alex Pool Service LLC, came out the next day. They techs came really fast and they provided very quick service. Everything went well and they took care of the job. We are very happy with them.
I’ve been in this house for a good while and my air conditioners are both getting really older. Of course, the air conditioners keep running and I’m paying the premium at American Home Shield every month. But I’m divorced so I’m the only one who’s putting the money into all of this and I was a little worried that one or both of them would go out and I would really be in a fix if that happened. We moved into this house last August and the previous owners provided American Home Shield for us. They are good and but I wish they could lower the cost of the deductible. Other than that, there was no difficulty in making claims. I like doing things online and I made a claim online when the water dispenser of my refrigerator was not working. Tommy D Appliance came out and they were good.
Their online service request system is awesome. Have used them for a variety of issues and working with their service companies has been trouble free. Have been with them over 7 years. Love these guys.
