Always respond quickly and servicing agent responds well also
Most of the time they respond quickly. Other times they play the phone loop game.

Problem resolution is usually good, but it takes a long time. They hook you up with a vendor right away, but there still might be a week of waiting for them to get you in, or they will come and diagnose then need a part and it's another week.
Professionalism and knowledge of the issue that is happening
Copay for A/C Freon too much. Other than that I think that AHS is worth the premium I pay each month.
