I made my first claim through American Home Shield which was a quick and positive experience. It is a real comfort knowing that if I have a problem with my equipment they are there to take care of it with not cost to me. Good going American Home Shield.

Last few calls for repair they have gone well, but in the past trying to get washing machine fixed,took more than a month.

American Home Shield scheduled me as fast as they could considering the Covid virus. They gave me a great technician. He was professional, fixed my dryer.. maintained the distance. It was great. Thanks B. Lay

Long phone wait times, phones representatives who give you the run around. Once you can actually place a work order & finally get a repair company out to access stuff they have been great

American, Home shield is a good back up plan for future repairs. But the contractors or undermining the company by reporting in accurate information to solicit the business for themselves so American Home shield can decline the work getting done and American Home shield doesn’t do anything about it.
