The time I contact American Home Shield to the time the contractor came out was very Timely and the contractor was courteous and conscientious

The dishwasher went out shortly after I closed on my property. I called AHS and a technician was dispatched immediately. Once it was determined that the unit could not be fixed, AHS provided an option to have an eCard delivered to replace the dishwasher, which I accepted. I’ll pick out the new dishwasher tomorrow and have it installed. In a nutshell ... immediate response, evaluation, and prompt resolution as contracted. I can’t ask for any more than that! Thanks American Home Shield!!
