I like the fact 98% of the issues I have had to call AHS for they've sent reliable informational service companies to my home. They have provided quality work, spoken to me so I can totally understand and given sound advice as to what to avoid in the future. We had an appliance, garbage disposal, start leaking water. a situation that would get worse over time. After contacting American Home Shield about our problem, they acted quickly and had a Plumbing Company contact us for an appointment immediately. We received prompt service from American Home Shield and their chosen Plumbing Company which completed the repair, replacement in a timely manner with no extra cost to us. We strongly recommend American Home Shield to other homeowners for piece of mind.

I have been an AHS customer for more than 7 years. While the service has been good, I have really seen an improvement it the process to request service and the service provider delivering the service. I have used AHS 3-4 times this year, which is a little more than normal and the issue was resolved within a few days. Very happy with the quality of service I am getting from AHS.
