Informing AHS of a plumbing problem on their website was very easy and fast. I was informed who the service company would be within minutes and had a call from the plumbing company within an hour of filing my claim. The plumber was on time and very quickly resolved the problem. My only complaint is that I did not receive a call as promised about thirty minutes before the plumber was to arrive. I arrived home from vacation and discovered shortly after my arrival that my central air conditioner was not working properly . I turned off the unit and called AHS, I received notification that I would be contacted by a repair service within 24 hours. I was notified within 12hours that a technician would arrive the next day. The service provider arrived the next day, diagnosed the problem, and was able to install a new pump for the AC. Professional , courteous service, Thank you AHS

After two failed attempts to repair my washer the repairman determined it needed to be replaced. Home Shield made the replacement purchase exceptionally easy and their replacement allowance was very reasonable, allowing us to get a new washer within a couple days. Very happy with the service.
