American Home Shield was great. The staff is very professional and make sure that your problem is dealt with in a timely manner. It took a few times to remedy the situation but they made sure it was taken care of ...has already paid for itself. This is a great company and very professional.

AHS has been very responsive with our requests / needs although we have some workmanship issues with one of their contractor (Lone Star Water Services of TX). Overall we had a good experience with American Home Shield.

At first the phone call was a disappointment, but then as I spoke more with the customer service representative we came to an agreement. The service call to fix the garage door opener happened the very next day. Everything was fixed and working within a couple hours!
