Our tech Christian was awesome. He advised when he was on his way, once he arrived he explained everything associated with the repair, he even showed me what had happened to our A/C. Very satisfied with our repair process.

I am very pleased with American Home Shield they have solved all of my Appliances, hot water tank & furnace problems. They are always willing to help. Their people are professional, on time and a pleasure to work with. I've been with them over 10 years. AHS accomplished superbly in covering the cost of replacing my large garage door spring. AHS also covered the replacement of the drive mechanism for my small garage door. AHS came through as advertised! Thank you! replacement

Serviceman recommended by AHS came out to see why our wall oven was not working. Said he would have to contact AHS as the parts needed were no longer available. AHS notified us that they would replace the wall oven. They ordered one for us and the original serviceman came back out and did the switch out. My wife and I are very pleased with the new oven. The service from AHS was great.
