I had a French Door refrigerator that one of the bottom drawers did not freeze right and had a lot of ice build up. Call the first time and they came to my house and spent a few hour to do the repair. Worked good for a few month., Then it stop working again, so filed a new claim and the repair man came in said he had to order a new part and would return in a week.
