The motor on my clothes dryer was replaced by a technician from this home warranty program. The part was replaced and the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very satisfied.
My experience was great. I had a clogged shower drain. I put in my service request online.
The customer service representative was very knowledgeable about the company. The representative was a little bit intimidating in his approach. I did not purchase the plan and do not feel qualified to rate the company.
American Home Shield provided excellent service in a timely manner. My appliance issues were resolved by a polite and very competent professional.
I had a French Door refrigerator that one of the bottom drawers did not freeze right and had a lot of ice build up. Call the first time and they came to my house and spent a few hour to do the repair. Worked good for a few month., Then it stop working again, so filed a new claim and the repair man came in said he had to order a new part and would return in a week. So far we have had three or four different repairs needed and American home Shield has taken care of them according to the contract I would only wish they had a higher coverage for the HVAC because that’s really expensive but at least they repair it
A very knowledgeable and friendly customer service specialists are always willing to help! And the processing time is short. After my last service call the contractor was at my door the very next morning. Also, previously, AHS successfully managed my problem with Whirpool and follow that problem to my complete satisfaction!

I had a leaky shower head and as the day worn on, the leak got worse. Late that day I called AmericanHome Shield, told them the problem and said I’d like a plumber the next morning...it was not an emergency. AHS called back with a plumbing company name and a time for the appointment. United Air Temp arrived the next morning. David was a great Workman.
