Prompt professional response and resolution of problem
I purchased a new home in the desert. The stove, draggsville, found out it was protected by Home Shield, the pool heater as well. Took 2 calls, both were courteous & knologable. All fixed to better than normal. BIG thumbs up...THANXX Mark B.
The American Home Shield (AHS) Customer Service Team provided professional and expedient service. The heating and cooling service call was seamless. AHS expedited the order for the new HVAC system. The heating and cooling company's owner advised, without the home warranty the new heating and cooling system would have cost $6,000.00 to $8,000.00 dollars out of pocket. Thank you AHS!

We recently had a problem with our washer. It would not agitate or spin. After bringing the problem to American Home Shield we were set up with an appointment with a local appliance repair. The technician came out and identified the problem as the motor. He wasn't real sure they could get the motor due to the age of the washer, but the part was found and installed. Happy and back to washing clothes at home.
American Home Shield has been a great peace of mind to have, because they are but a phone call away from getting my appliances back to working order or they’ll replace it with a new one, without any problem. You also have three months guaranteed warranty, if the appliance brakes down, Their best contract technician without a doubt is Jose with Valley Pro. They couldn't fix my dishwasher and immediately replaced it for a nice one that I wanted.
Technician did a very good analysis of the problem on my furnace and obtain the necessary repair part promptly and installed it in a highly professional manner.
Every time I’ve had an issue in my home, I’ve contacted AHS and got a quick response and solution. Easy complaint that was sent out to my home has been professional and reliable.
