response time was great and work was done correctly

All has been going well until the last service call in February 2023. The first tech did not complete the job but the second one did explain and completer the first part of a two-part he did unfreeze the frozen water in my refrig and it worked okay for about a week then it started leaking all over again. I had given the second guy a good report because he deserved it, however, After contacting customer service regarding the leaking no one got back to me. I am going to try again after completing this survey.

AHS did a good job in assigning H&C Electric to diagnose our electrical wiring issue. It was resolved in just one visit. Heath is very patient, polite, and professional.
