The service is very good but the cost of the program is starting to get to a point that it may make the service unaffordable. For the same coverages the cost has jumped by over 30% this year from last year!!

They sent in a very professional technician. My only complaint is that they don’t have a larger quantity of technicians in our area contracted with them so it was four days to get someone out to actually fix our freezer.
