Alvarez was on time within the time frame- early which was good for me- informed me of the issue - it was too old -7 yrs - and replaced it with a new disposal; answered all my questions. I asked for a manual & the small wrench for the disposal, and he told there is not one. He told me about the reset button and there is no more wrench to use. Both men were polite and professional, and area was clean when they left, I was very much satisfied.
The company contacted us within an hour. We had an appointment within an hour. They came out to our home in the scheduled time frame. Repair was done immediately. I really appreciate their customer service. Thanks guys!!!
