I have had poor contractors twice and had to bring in different contractors to finish the work correctly. These contractors acted as if their main goal was to deny my claim and report this to AHS. I have had to elevate such incident to the Resolution team and they have been helpful. Many of the Associates I have talked to do not seem to understand what I am requesting.
Job was completed and problem resolved in a very timely fashion. However the solution was done taking a few shortcuts and not done the way I'd expect a well known company to repair things.
Quality of product is top rated, service companies always top notched.
Both incidents the repair people were out to fix it the next day
