I've had Home Shield for 4 years now. I've had multiple problems with my HVAC. Every time they've been able to get someone out fast. Great customer service. Great contracters.

People were On time and very efficient to work
It is easy to file a claim, but difficult to get a resolution if the service was not completed by the contracted business.
Like majority of contractors not the huge price increase.
The last repair that we needed done was a plumbing problem. American Home Shield sent a terrible plumbing company who jerked us around for 8 weeks. Then they finally sent another plumbing company and they were wonderful! They got the part we needed in less than 1 week.
It would be nice if you had a preventative maintenance program. Overall check on furnace/air conditioner once a year.
How it was so easy to make a claim! Customer service was most helpful & pleasant!
