AHS is very responsive and quick to assign vendor when you file a service order, and the work of their vendors has generally been good. On most recent claim the first service provider misdiagnosed the problem and said he couldn’t do that work, but AHS assigned a second provider immediately and he was able to find the real problem and fix it; a few days delay but a good resolution. A home warranty is worth having because if the item you and the item you file a service request for can't be repaired, it will be replaced.

Customer service is a pleasure to deal with, we used this service many times and only once were we not 100% satisfied, however our problem was resolved. I’d suggest signing up for this service especially since the cost of labor has just gotten to be ridiculous.
