I have been a customer for almost two decades. There are other warranty companies. I hear the complaints from other people about their chosen warranty provider and I know there is no perfect company. I still stick with AHS as I have weighed the good vs the not so good experiences and I feel good about my choice. Still better to have AHS on call than to not have them, just as it is best to have them over other warranty providers I hear of. We put in a request for our washer and dryer. The dryer is now working fine; however, the repair service person who came out for the washer had to return twice (we're fine with that) and said he had to order a part. That was three weeks ago. We're still waiting to hear from him when he will come back. We also had very slow service on a toilet issue we had in the past. I switched to American Homeshield in 2015. I have Never regretted my switch. They are wonderful help for the elderly. The companies they hire are wonderful. The staff is so kind and mannerly. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM....
AHS always responds to any requests for service within 24 hours and provides the name and phone number of the company
Most items easily found through online reporting system. Easy to get to rep for clarification. Really like change to AHS taking fee directly. Probably saves both the company and myself money. No disagreements or bounced checks and such for AHS to resolve.
They were very helpful in explaining the coverage available. I already had a claim and it was taken care of quickly and all I had to pay was the service fee.
Always takes care of my needs in a timely fashion

I've had a AHS service contract for 12 years. Of course over the years my premiums have increased as-well-as the service trade fee. During the time with AHS, I've only experienced favorable customer service; either by phone or website claim submission. Over the years , I've had one hot water heater replaced with a new one, a range and ceiling fan repaired, AC serviced numerous times and numerous plumbing repairs performed.
