I’ve had nothing but exceptional service from AHS....the only exception is the amount of time it takes to speak with a customer rep when I call for any reason. Usually on the plus side of 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone, but the companies they send out to do the repairs have been wonderful!
I had 2 things go wrong that I needed to have repaired. I had good experience for both issues they both came out very quickly and were very knowledgeable on both issues fixed my problems the only problem I have with the company is you can never talk to anyone but if you put issue on line fast response.
I have had a number of issues this year and AHS has provided consistent and timely responses. Their web site enhancemtns have spend up this process even more.
Communication within the various areas of AHS is in dire need of improvement. It took 8 months to finally clear up a charge for which I was billed but had paid in January of 2017. As stated, this charge had not be rectified until October of 2017. Additionally, a cooktop had been replaced by AHS which took a month. That new cooktop was defective but was told that I had to contact the manufacturer, GE, to resolve the problem. That took another month and several phone calls. Very Prompt in responding to needs and questions
We have had AHS for 4 years now. We have requested service twice (furnace and oven) and both times we had a great experience. It's super easy to request service - just log into your account and fill out the form and pay. In both cases, a service provider called me back within 2 hours of submission to set up an appointment. The service providers were both great - on time, had the parts with them, fixed the problem.
We have been with American Home Shield for many years. I cannot attest to the quality of care provided by other companies but will affirm that we only work with companies that provide excellent service and AHS is exemplary! The contractors have been prompt from setting up an appointment through completing the work. They are thorough, professional and courteous...a win-win situation. Highly recommend AHS!
Was very happy with the service Came fast and fixed the problem in fist time
Very stressful trying to get answers over the phone with associates. It took a very long time to get through on the phone. Longer than expected wait time for replacement of and removal of appliance. Could not find a Supervisor to talk to.
