We insisted that the seller of our home provide a extensive coverage home owners policy. American Home Shield was the company they chose and they made the best decision ever. American Home Shield covered all of the problems that arose soon after we moved in with only a $75.00 deductible. Great jobs on calling to service and on time service
AHS is the best home warranty company among all the hw companies out there when it comes to price and value of service.
Our AC stopped working. Middle of the summer in Las Vegas. It was fixed within 4 days. We have two units. The AHS team was great and the vendor they assigned to handle the job.
I have been with the company for several years. Each technician that have come out has always met up to my expectations. Always nice knowledgeable and respectful.
This experience was very good. My problem with American Home Shield is when you call on the phone your wait is an hour or more to speak to some one, Most people don't have time to hold that long. That is my only problem. Would be great if that can be corrected.
We have had AHS for a number of years on both our home as well as a rental property. I think there has only been one year that we did not "use" our benefit. This is especially true if you have an old home / appliances. We just had to replace our dishwasher and didn't want the one they recommended as part of the package, so I ordered the one we wanted and they sent a check for $565 to my home. Service company was the best we have ever used
I ownly have one concern and that is the time it takes to get connected to a representative to handle those instances where quick assistances come up that the website cannot address. Otherwise I am very pleased with AHS.
