AHS handles every call efficiently and they listen when you have a comment or information on one of their vendors/contractors. I really appreciate having the website to use for my service requests and its good to know I can always call in too. No company is perfect but AHS does the job well!

We had trouble with the first repair man and American Home Shield assisted us in locating a very reliable person who completed the work very thoroughly.
Had a problem with my furnace, called and they sent a repairman. Furnace was examined and needed additional parts. Repairman returned in 2 days as promised and made the repairs. I. couldn’t be more pleased. The serviceman was pleasant, dedicated and did what was required. What more can you ask?
Great company to work with. The reps are always friendly and helpful. I can usually get my problems resloved after a matter of days.
