Ahs is awesome!! They’re really good. They are very professional and the service that they provide is great!! I would not go with ANYONE ELSE!! They’re the BEST WARRANTY COMPANY AROUND. They’re prices are very reasonable and competitive,! I recommend them to EVERYONE!! When you have the BEST why go with anyone else!!!!!
Everything went very smooth. The only issue was that I was on hold for 50 minutes before I could speak to customer service Rep.
The plumber unclogged my sink very fast. He made sure to call before he came and he was very professional. I will definitely recommend to others.
My first experience using American Home Shield has been a positive one. Everything was automated when I called in - but all went smoothly and exactly as stated. The tech contacted me prior to the scheduled time, arrived promptly, assessed quickly and had us up and running quickly. I am very pleased!
During a recent cold snap here in Texas, my furnace broke. I opened a ticket with AHS and was able to get service within 4 days. The interaction with AHS' website and follow up was painless and easy. I didn't have any issue at all with their payment or anything. The multiple day wait time was contractor specific, calendar or lower priority for warranty clients, so that was frustrating, but I'm still very happy with AHS.
I have used AHS on three occasions over the past two years. They not only responded quickly, but all of the service providers did a great job, with no call backs.
Our dishwasher had water coming out onto the floor, within 2 days of calling AHS, a repair man was at our home, and fixed the issue. Would recommend to any friends and family. Very pleasant and easy to deal with
