Our experience with American Home Shield was very good. We had just purchased the home the year prior. The service representative was especially helpful explaining the problem and advising us of future steps we could take to prevent any additional problems in the future. All in all he was very thorough, considerate, and helpful.
They always take care of us with no hassle when something goes wrong we immediately call and we get the work done it's nice to count on a company that will provide what they say.
Always on time, problem resolved on first visit. When this was not the case, they came back out and fixed the problem.

I called about my furnace/ heat pump. They said they would send someone out. He came and didn't say much of anything. I called AHS and asked what was going on. They said he had ordered a compressor. I asked for a second opinion. They said it would cost me $100 if he agreed with the 1st opinion. He didn't. He explained everything to me and wrote it all out and it was a coverter (pitted ) and replaced it Troy Heating and Air was a quick, efficient, and reliable service.

Be with this company 8 years. I have never had any issues with my repairs.
I needed my stove fixed and they sent a local co. out. The work was done and they left, I turned my stove on and it started clanking and rattling my again. I called the repair men and they never called back. I tried to call Anerican Home Shield but to no avail. So I’m out the monthly fee and the 125.00 service fee and my stove still isn’t fixed.
