First class repair operators. Customer service top notch. Always courteous and helpful. Best in its class for price and service
It is hit or miss with AHS and the contractors they supply. I have had AHS for multiple properties and had to utilize them for multiple types of issues. The customer service has gone down over the years. I will say that it is an affordable option for a home warranty. Some of the contractors are great and some are not. We have had AHS for several years. We have had several appliances serviced in our home...dryer, washer, fridge, stove, microwave and bathroom exhaust. AHSwas awesome to work with and the companies they sent were easy to work with. Our microwave stopped working recently and couldn't be fixed. All I needed to do was go to the approved website and pick one. AHS set up for installation. Very easy. All this was done under one deductible that I paid for the original service call. Would recommend AHS.
Have been with American Home Shield for several years. I have always been very impressed with their customer service and the contractors timeliness and professionalism. I refer AHS to my neighbors and friends. A friend referred me to AHS.
Great company, I have used him for several years now. They provide excellent coverage and will fix anything covered on the warranty with no questions asked. I have use them for several large items in my home to include my entire HVAC system and they water heater. Both for a place with only paying the deductible. American Home Shield it's easy to put in a claim for broken stuff. The website is user-friendly. They do what they say immediately you get a return email with the information of the contractor coming out and the contractor called you the next day and set up an appointment it's worth every penny you pay. The fee they charge very reasonable. I have saved a lot of money using this warranty service
American Home Shield is a wonderful company to deal with . They do not keep you hanging. When scheduling appt. with serviceman - they were always prompt, and knowledgeable and got the job done without wasting a lot of time. You rock American Home Shield.
