I have used the warranty several times and have had only one complaint with the technician sent, not with American Home Shield. I was very happy with the way the complaint was handled. Overall very satisfied.
Every experience has been very responsive. Within a day we are able to get work done as needed.
We have been customers of American Home Shield for over 20 years, and it has always been a positive experience until now. Slow service, confusion on who was collecting what payment, trouble scheduling... these things made me want to rethink keeping that annual payment - it's rather high.
AHS was quick with their response and professional.

They promptly followed up with an air conditioner replacement when mine failed in my first house, in the summer in Louisiana. Much appreciated.
