Have used American Home Shield on two houses and in both locations, they are responsive in a timely manner and have someone to repair the item(s) that needed attention. Friendly and competent phone personnel.
The work was done well and they showed up promptly and worked efficiently.
I have had very positive experiences with the services that I've received. Technicians arrived on time. They've been friendly and professional. The job has been completed in a very reasonable amount of time and whatever has been broken has been up and running without any further problems. The customer service is excellent. My only complaint is that there is a very long waiting time, (sometimes over an hour), before the representative answers my call.
I have been with American Home Shield for about twenty years and have been very happy with their services. It is a wonderful feeling to know if any appliances fail, I am covered to have them fixed or replaced. We even had our air conditioner replaced. In most cases repair folks call immediately to set up a repair time. I think the monthly fee and co-pay are worth the money.
AHS is your better option of choice when you’re looking for appliance repair coverage. They have improved their processes in submitting a claim and obtaining a status update.
