Always have a project completed in a timely manner
We recently had to have an auger replaced in our refrigerator. But like all things these days, it has a motherboard which was not functioning so AHS authorized a complete replacement. Even though it was only 2 years old, brand new board
We have had AHS for several years- have generally been pleased UNTIL this year- long time for a/c to be replaced, faxes to their corporate offices lost, long wait for reimbursement- just a different feel from past experiences- on the fence if we will continue when our policy is up.
I was a member when you just called in for service and spoke to a friendly customer representative. I left for a year several years ago but then signed back on after a year and plan to stay with a company I feel has been reliable and professional. There have been a couple of bumps along the way but they were positively worked out. With today prices on home services, it pays to have a company that can help you out a bit.
Every time I’ve had an experience with AHS it’s been nothing less than Stellar!! I would recommend them to anyone without home warranty!!
The first call to American Home Shield for my ac was sent to a company that couldn’t see me for 4 days when I needed it ASAP high heat indexes in TX so I called again the following day set me up with an agent that saw us within an hour very happy all the way around

Easy to work with. Product was serviced in excellent time. When cooling units couldn’t be repaired they were replaced. Excellent service by A1.
This is one of the best Companies out there, the are very fast in setting up companies to take care of the problem, and will work with them in a timely manner to get it done, if can't fix will replace, no questions ask.
