The technicians are great because they are local people but it took over 2 hrs to get a rep on the phone when I had a question.
Love the changes. Not having to pay for anything until the work/project is done is awesome. This way you can evaluate the work that was done.
The process of getting my hot water heater took a very long time before it was finally resolved. But now all is well . The replacement water heater seems to be a good quality but I find that my premium has gone up a little without any notice to me since it was replaced.
Last couple of times service as been very timely and please with service representative !
