Had well pump die and within the next day it was being replaced. Without water for 1 day. Very Impressed with this company. Would recommend it to everyone who’s a home owner.
AHS is always prompt with getting service technicians out to our home, but customer service is horrendous. Even though I have tried, I have never been able to talk to an actual human being at this company. Very aggravating.
This is the second home we've owned and have had AHS with both. Every time we've requested a service call for any item covered within our homes, repair was scheduled and performed professionally and without any issues. We couldn't imagine life without the comfort of knowing that we're covered with American Home Shield! Highly recommended for any home owner.
When I called AHS they set up an appointment for the same day. The tech came out & fixed the problem within an hour. He was clean & efficient. I couldn't more satisfied.
I am a single parent and just purchased a home. I wanted the ease of knowing that if something breaks down, I have a back up plan. American Home Shield does this for me.
My dryer went out and a rep contacted me within 24 hours to set the appointment. The company showed up on time and fixed the problem. Great service. Had I not had AHS I would have bought a new dryer considering mine is 19 years old. All I spent was the co-pay! The best money I ever spent. It’s a must have for everyone.
Problem solved less than 24 hours and the technician was in and out!
