The payment you pay before you get service for your repairs is to high. But the contractor was very perfessional and on time.

The call center people are very hard to understand, and they don't under English very well. Also, they do not pay for a new AC compressor, only a refurbished one.

Very responsive to our needs and got us a new water heater rapidly. The plumbing company was excellent. My only complaint is the large amount we had to pay out of pocket for labor and parts when we believed that American Home Shield covered everything.
