Excellent service and support, all claims are handled and managed on time and successful.
Results are usually very good. Sometimes the contractors are not.
Overall fairly easy to work with. They never have any contractors in our area. They are all from out of town which makes our down time a little longer, but they have always come thru in gettingus back up and going. As with any warranty company they will always try every way in the world to repair it, no matter how long it takes, before they will replace it.

First service was quick but took three visits to determine we needed a new dishwasher.
