Got a little confused but last lady I talked to got me straight. I think I have a dishwasher on order.
AHS has been great thus far. It is easy to go on their website to submit a ticket for items that need to be worked in and it looked at. I have received communication in a timely manner as to who will be assigned to my request. All items thus far have been processed in less than 24 hours. Great Service and easy to maneuver through the site.

It was very timely and the technician was very professional.
I needed a preferred contractor and speaking to an agent directly was the best way and the agent made it happen quickly. This was a great experience. My problem is that my AC unit absolutely needs to completely changed and AHS only wants to put bandaids on it to repair piecemeal. So it requires a lot of time off for a service company and hotel bills bc the central AC keeps breaking down. Every service company tells me this. They know my central AC needs to be replaced but they tell me AHS will not approve it.
The reviews for the first company they were going to send were horrid. I called and asked for a different company and Golden State plumbing was the one assigned to me. I am so glad! Jimmy was the plumber and he did an excellent job. He was on time, Knew what he was doing, did it well, professionally, and cleaned up after himself. When a problem developed, he came back the first day he knew of it and fixed it. You hear terrible stories about plumbers and their work.
