I felt like on the app I could not really explain what the problem was. But the people that came out to fix it it was great. They came out the same day I called and they were very professional and they got it fixed the first time.

Took long time to get HVAC tech out (10 days), but problem fixed. On next occasion, I cancelled service request before it was assigned, but was billed anyway. Answering service in India acts interested, but apparently has no authority. Extremely long wait times.
