When they put my furnace in they didn't have the gas people to come out and check it.so they called me and told me they will be out next Monday

Having American Home Shield definitely gives you piece of mind as a homeowner. Especially as time goes on and your appliances and HVAC gets older and have a higher likelihood of having issues. My experience so far has been positive when I've had to have things looked at and fixed around the house.
