Purchased a home warranty for my home last year. Paid the deductible, company was sent to fix a broken shower handle. They wanted to charge me an additional $750.00 Not sure what the warranty provided? Customer service was good and refunded my $100 service fee as we had to fix it ourselves in the end

Waited 6 weeks for refrigerator for a family of 6, gave AHS one more chance, filed a pool pump claim June 3rd and it's still not fixed!!!

Rapid Response A/C was sent to my residence they did a horrible job. They didn't properly diagnose my a/c they were so quick to say it's the Freon. I had another company come in March & tech said I was good with Freon. Rapid response hung up the phone on me & they failed to answer calls.

I paid for pool plumbing and heating coverage and was declined service when I needed it. Was advised Solar was not included however this was not listed in the contract while they have specifically outlined items not included. to me, this is breach of contract and AHS will look for any option to get out of providing coverage. I did get service on two other items this year, but they cost far less than the total I paid AHS,

They work like they’re supposed to on the first call. If a problem occurs, if follow-up is needed you CAN NOT get assistance. You’ll call 1000 times speak to 3000 and nothing will get done. I’m throwing my money away.

I have had AHS for at least 30 years. We moved to Kokomo Indiana and I see the service there isn't as good. Wish you would improve your service there. Oklahoma service was great.
