Customer service was great! Tech arrived in the earlier part of the time frame. Didn’t take long to diagnose and fix the problem with my garage door opener. He also took the time to program the ‘Homelink’ in my new vehicle which I was having issues programming. I don’t remember which customer service representative assisted me.
