Not enough contractors to properly service policy holders . Inefficient scheduling . Not able to get appointments for heat and AC service for weeks !!! !

It took them a long time to conact me back to replace the product. They did not try to contact me for re-placement , I had t contact them a couple of ti9mes, however once I contacted them they representative move the process along.

they denied my AC clam having a difficult time getting my refund back getting ready to open a small claims suit with them

I am on my 2nd contractor and my water heater has been out for over a month. It is still not fixed with no communication.i am highly upset as I have 3 children. There has been no accomodations made or accountability taken for the long wait.

After taking the time to video chat so all the needed data could be given to the service tech in advance I was told that they did not have the necessary data and asked me to tell them everything I had already relayed twice before. Also, No service tech is available for almost a week out.
