Your HVAC contractor is terrible. Came 3 times without having the AC get back to normal work.the AC started making noise after they tried to fixed it

I called in service request got the wrong service request and then told them I needed late afternoon and got mid afternoonSo I canceled
I submitted claim on 8/3. It is 8/25 and I still don't have any air. No one from AHS has called to follow up to update me when my service will be done!

I wish people would answer the phone and/or that the service tickets are always closed out. 1 of my original tickets was not properly closed, so the system would not let me request a recall, this caused a week 2-3 week delay in getting our AC unit properly diagnosed and on its way to being fixed, we are into week 3 now.
