I have had multiple bad service providers come to my house and I have to argue with with you all when I call AHS to complain and explain they are sending crack heads and fake technicians to my home. Sear is the best! They have to come after the bad providers & fix the problem. I have had AHS 16 years and have used only 4 -5 times

Have to pay the trades their fee regardless of if they fix the problem or not. Often takes several days to have someone come out to address your problems.

I have been without air conditioning, in Texas, waiting for almost three weeks for an evaporator coil to arrive, that American Home Shield can only order. The contractor then has to wait for the part to arive before they can begin the repair. Totally unacceptable!!

They still have not sent a technician and it's been almost a week

AHS doubled the monthly bill by increasing it twice each year without even notifying me. I could not resolve this issue over the phone. When I got fed up and finally told them I am canceling my contract they started offering some minimal discounts to keep me. When I rejected their offer, several representatives simply disconnected their phones. I was on hold for 50 minutes waiting to be assisted. Employee very nice but could not understand the English. Providers poor response dp not respond in a profeffional manner

Because the customer service and billing department were not helpful and 1 agent was not able to help me then hung up on me.
