I’ve had a leak and had plumber come out 3 times and has not been fixed they say they can cut into the sub floor because American home shield won’t let them. This is very annoying I pay for a service and can’t get nothing done!!!! I’m thinking of canceling my warranty!!!

I like the service once a contractor has been assigned. When its working well, it WORKS. When it's not working? It's absolutely terrible. AHS customer service is dismal and that's giving it a lot of credit. If you have to call in because a contractor is unavailable or unresponsive, it's a nightmare.

Not adhering to the contract. Not following through. I've been trying to cancel both contracts but being stopped at every turn

I've been sent 3 different companies to fix my air. Each company was not qualified to repair my unit. Dispatch did not use information given to representatives to get a qualified company to service my unit. I spoke to a supervisor yesterday but must wait an additional 24-48 hours for a response. I have been without air conditioning since Sept. 9.

American Home Shield hardly covers anything. Too many stipulations in the contract as to what is covered and what is not. They charge $100 for someone to come out, why am I paying American Home Shield monthly then? We recently had issues with our old AC unit. The contractor they sent out said American Home Shield would cover $3000 towards a new one if they installed it. There services are good, but they raise their prices every year. This last year they really jumped it up there.
