The service people dont help in telling you the dimensions of appliances ....etc. I thought that AMS would get the right appliance size ..... how am I suppose to know the correct size. The people who delivered the appliance were rude endnote helpful Lisa

A/C was not cooling. Contacted AHS. Service technician arrived 2 days later. Unit needed 8lbs. Freon. We paid $880 for freon. AHS only paid $10 per lb. And freon costs $120 per lb. Freon should be considered a part since an air won't work without it and we were told all parts and labor were covered.

I'm still waiting for the completion of my claim. The vendor Air Repair LLC have not added me to their schedule. I'm getting the run around. I have gone more than 2 weeks without air conditioning and the temp outside is about 98 degrees. It is so hot and I have no help.
Had a kitchen stoppage after the first plumber couldn’t fix the problem, American home shield change the order to a faucet I spent numerous hours on the phone trying to fix the order

The customer service is difficult sometimes because on the initial call it is usually someone in another country and they don't always understand what you are trying to communicate to them.

AHS contractors could not get the parts to fix my AC problem; a non-AHS contractor could and had the parts; but AHS, even after giving me permission to get an outside bid, rejected the bid and let me with no AC for weeks! AHS coverage covered nothing.
