Only gave 4 stars because o had an issue with my water heater and they wouldn't pay for the replacement. No one could explain why they wouldn't. Issue with the air conditioning recently and everything went smoothly.

Overall everything is great with AHS! With the exception of one service provider (who I did report) most providers are courteous, reliable, prompt, and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend AHS! Did not have to argue with AHS about items needing replacement.

I have had several claims with AHS in the three years I have been with them and each time they have been very easy to file the claim online, the response was quick, the service technician was on time and thorough, and my issue appropriately solved. The co-pay is fair and I have had no complaints with AHS.

It took a little to long to agree to get us a new refrigerator. We didn’t have a refrigerator for a couple of months. We have a new refrigerator now & we love it. The only problem is that it’s missing a right door top shelf. All in all we have had good luck with AHS. We have had them for a long time. We highly recommend them!
