I had trouble with my refrigerator freezer he tried to fix it was not fixable and they replaced it with no problems
I made one call to AHS and they did not hesitate. They acted on our request for service & in no time, we got help with the service that we needed.
My experience was excellent, when I first called the response was quick. I did not wait for any long period of time.
The initial setup call I was on hold for 20 minutes and when a representative answered and said it would take a month for anyone to come to my home. She placed me on hold and the call disconnected. I did not receive a call back so I called back and waited a second time to speak with someone. The second representative was great and schedule me for the next week. The contractor identified my issue, ordered the parts, and returned to repair my refrigerator.
the contratorss they use are great and I would use the specific contractor if I needed help with something not covered by AHS My only problem with them is the response time from reporting the problem and the amount of timeit took to get an appliance repair service to come out. The service companies were great. Maybe they should get more service companies for my area
