The convenience of AHS has been great, but sometimes the repair is not fully covered and I end up paying more out of pocket than expected

Very impressed with how quickly my furnace was repaired. Long story but the repair could have been under warranty but, as the parts were going to be significantly delayed and the temps were dropping, American Home Shield installed a whole new furnace! To me that is an unparalleled level of customer service.

They fixed all but one heater They seemed to be in a hurry They kept saying we only have certain amount of time to fix the issues.

AHS was able to resolve the garage door opener but the washer was made worse by the service technician, the small leak turned into a major leak. I cut my losses and bought the spouse a new one. happy wife, happy life!
